This ensures a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for both children and staff.This role is suitable for both experienced support workers and those new to children''s residential care, as full specialist training is provided. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, child-centred care within a residential settingSupport children and young people with learning disabilities and autismWork safely within 3:1 or 4:1 staffing ratiosSupport individuals with emotional regulation and challenging behaviourFollow individual care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support plansPromote independence, daily living skills, and positive routinesMaintain accurate documentation and daily recordsWork collaboratively with colleagues and external professionalsAdhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted requirements Training and DevelopmentNo experience required - ..... full job details .....
