Due to continued demand for our temporary staffing services across Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas, we are recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to join our flexible agency team. This role is suited to experienced care professionals who are confident supporting individuals with complex health, physical, neurological or behavioural needs. About the Role You will provide safe, responsive and person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans, risk assessments and the requirements of each placement. Responsibilities may include personal care, mobility and moving and handling support, continence care, nutritional and hydration support, monitoring wellbeing, maintaining accurate records and recognising and reporting changes or concerns. Depending on the placement and your individual training and competencies, you may support individuals with more complex needs. Specialist or clinical tasks must only be undertaken where you have received the appropriate training, have been assessed as competent and are authorised to do so within the placement.
