Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Children''s Residential Support Workers and Team Leaders to join their dedicated teams. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people within a residential setting. Promote positive outcomes through therapeutic and relationship-based practice. Support young people with daily living activities, education, appointments, and recreational activities. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and external professionals.
