Flexible working hours available.Contract: Full-time, permanentDignus Group has been supporting people for over 20 years, primarily within Adult Residential and Supported Living services. We are now expanding into Children''s Residential Care and opening a brand-new children''s home made up of seven single-occupancy flats in Birmingham.This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Children''s Home Manager to help set up, shape, and lead a new service from the very beginning. Our home will support children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. We aim to create a safe, caring, and homely environment where every child can thrive.The RoleAs the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the full running of the home. You will not be doing this alone - the Registered Manager will receive strategic oversight, professional guidance, and reflective support from the Responsible Individual (RI), while maintaining full autonomy in day-to-day operational decisions and referral assessments.
