About the Role We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children s residential home supporting young people with social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH). This is a key leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the home, ensuring high standards of care, full regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for children. Working closely with senior leadership, you will manage the day-to-day running of the home, lead and develop your team, and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities and other professionals.
