Childrens Residential Home Support Worker
We are looking for Several Children''s Residential Support Workers to support one of our clients in the Hartlepool area on a temporary basis supporting their team in one of there Residential homes.Within this role, you will support children and young people in a residential setting, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development. The role also involves elements of family support to help strengthen relationships and encourage positive outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential environmentSupervise contact between children and their familiesPromote positive relationships and engagement with both young people and familiesMaintain safeguarding standards and adhere to child protection proceduresRecord and report observations, incidents, and progress appropriatelyKey RequirementsPrevious experience working with children and young people, ideally in a residential or support settingExperience supervising contact between children and familiesA good understanding of safeguarding and child protection practicesStrong communication skills and ability to build positive relationshipsDriving licence and access to own vehicleContract Type: Temporary (3-6 months with expectation of an extension) Pay Rate: 14 - 18 Working pattern - 37 hours per week, onsite (Shift Pattern TBC)Hit the apply button now and follow the steps below: Contact Leasha on (phone number removed)Here at Spencer Clarke Group, we pride ourselves on ..... full job details .....
