Children s Residential Home ManagerLocation: New Milton, HampshireSalary: £50,(Apply online only) £55,(Apply online only) DOEHours: Full Time 40 hours per weekService: 2 x 2-Bed EBD Children s HomesAbout the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to oversee the operation of two 2-bed EBD children s homes, located approximately one mile apart in the New Milton area.This opportunity would suit either an established Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager looking to step up, provided they already hold their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of both homes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and full compliance with all relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of both children s homesEnsure compliance with the Children s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards (2015)Promote positive outcomes and high standards of emotional and physical care for young peopleDevelop and maintain effective care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding practicesBuild positive relationships with young people, families, professionals, and external agenciesProvide strong leadership, motivation, and development to the staff teamsConduct supervisions, appraisals, and performance managementLead recruitment and ensure robust safer ..... full job details .....
