As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for deputising in the Registered Managers'' absence and supporting Team Leaders and Support Workers. The Deputy Manager will be: Support and work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home meets with the requirements of the Children''s Homes Regulations and Quality Standard. Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager. Oversee the day to day running of the Walsall Wood home. Responsible for direct supervision and support of the residential team.
