Registered Manager - Specialist Therapeutic Children''s HomeSalary: 55,500 - 64,500 per annum + additional sleep-in paymentsHours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pmLocation: Stoke-on-Trent, StaffordshireJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a specialist therapeutic children''s residential service.The home is a 3-bed therapeutic setting supporting children and young people, with a strong focus on providing a safe, nurturing and supportive environment and achieving positive outcomes.As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring that children and young people receive high-quality care and that the service operates in line with its Statement of Purpose, regulatory requirements and safeguarding responsibilities.You will provide strong leadership to the staff team, ensuring they are confident, motivated and equipped to provide consistently high standards of care. You will also work closely with social workers, local authorities, families and other professionals involved in the care of the young people.Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the effective management and operation of the home.
