Registered Manager / Home Manager - EBD Children''s Residential Home

Salary: £55,000-£65,000 per annum (DOE)

• Register with Ofsted as the home''s Registered Manager
• Lead day-to-day operations of the residential home

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working toward it)
• Minimum 2 years'' experience in senior leadership within children''s residential care

  • Ofsted frameworks
• Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes
• Full UK driving licence
• Budget and staff management experience
• Ability to commission or improve services
