Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Children''s Registered Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new solo therapeutic children''s home in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity for an established Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the home''s culture, recruiting and developing your team, and delivering exceptional outcomes for a child with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
