Successful Candidates Will Have A minimum of 5 years'' leadership experience within residential childcare.Proven multi-site management experience with a track record of improving services and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to complete).Extensive experience in staff leadership, performance management and financial management.In-depth knowledge of Children''s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.Confidence using systems, data and structured processes.A supportive, calm and coaching leadership style.A strong understanding of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices.Full UK Driving Licence.
