The roleA Residential Children''s Support Worker is required to support the day-to-day care of children and young people within a residential home setting. You will play a key role in providing emotional support, maintaining safety, and helping young people build independence and resilience.You will take responsibility for: Supporting children and young people with daily routines including meals, hygiene, education, and recreational activities Building positive, trusting relationships to create a safe and stable environment Working closely with care plans, risk assessments, and key working responsibilities Supporting behaviour management using de-escalation and restorative approaches Maintaining accurate records, incident reports, and daily logs in line with Ofsted requirements Working ..... full job details .....
