With a growing service and increasing demand for placements, the organisation is now hiring multiple Residential Children s Support Workers to join the team and help deliver consistent, compassionate, and structured care. The role A Residential Children s Support Worker is required to support the day-to-day care of children and young people within a residential home setting. You will play a key role in providing emotional support, maintaining safety, and helping young people build independence and resilience. You will take responsibility for: • Supporting children and young people with daily routines including meals, hygiene, education, and recreational activities • Building positive, trusting relationships to create a safe and stable environment • Working closely with care plans, risk assessments, and key working responsibilities • Supporting behaviour management using de-escalation and restorative approaches • Maintaining accurate records, incident reports, and daily logs in line with Ofsted requirements • ..... full job details .....
