Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people. Support children to achieve positive outcomes in education, independence and daily living. Complete accurate records, reports and care documentation. Promote safeguarding, health and wellbeing at all times. Work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic home environment. Participate in sleep-in shifts on a rota basis. Requirements NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential). Previous experience working within a Children''s Residential Home.
