Pay: £55,000 - £60,000 per annumJob description:Registered Manager - Children''s Residential (EBD)Location: ErdingtonSalary: £55,000 per annum + Overtime OpportunitiesWe are recruiting for a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children''s residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in Erdington. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a small service and drive high standards of care and outcomes.The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational management of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people. You will lead and develop your team, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and work towards achieving positive Ofsted outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day running of a 3-bed EBD homeEnsure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirementsLead, manage, and develop a high-performing staff teamDeliver high-quality care and support tailored to individual needsManage placements and maintain occupancy levelsPrepare for and lead Ofsted inspectionsMaintain accurate records, audits, and reportingRequirementsNVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in children''s residential careStrong understanding of EBD and trauma-informed careSound knowledge of Ofsted standards and regulationsFull UK driving licenceWhat We OfferCompetitive ..... full job details .....
