Children''s Home Registered Manager Ofsted Learning Disabilities Here at Allesley Childrens Care, we are looking for someone to join us in our passion looking after Learning Disabilities children. We currently have an opportunity for a manager to lead our home that is rated Good by Ofsted for 3 years running. You will be joining a well-established staff team with a deputy manager in post. We are looking for an experienced manager with ideally 2 years experience. We are also open to experienced deputy managers, looking to become a registered manager. You will be well supported by a very experienced RI. The home is located in Coventry, West Midlands. We are looking for someone who Has a minimum of 5 years experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children. At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff. Has their Level 3 In Children and Young People''s Workforce. Has their / working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England). We can provide this. Has achieved or worked in a setting with a Good or Outstanding grade within recent Ofsted Inspection. Above all compassionate and caring. Salary dependent on experience.
