Children''s Registered Manager - Residential Care - Manchester We are seeking a dedicated Children''s Registered Manager to oversee a residential care service for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) in the Manchester region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a nationally recognised organisation specialising in OFSTED regulated support services, providing a clear path for professional development and career progression. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe management of a children''s home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards and company policies. You will work closely with the organisation''s senior management team to deliver high-quality care, support service quality assurance, and manage the operational aspects of the residential service. Managing and developing staff, including deputies, team leaders, and support workers, will be a key aspect of this role, alongside managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.
