Who they''re Looking For:Minimum of 5 years'' experience in roles relevant to residential care for children.At least 2 years'' experience managing and supervising staff.NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People''s Workforce.Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).Proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings in previous roles.
