Job DescriptionJob Title: Registered Children''s Home Manager Location: Derby Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Reports To: Responsible IndividualAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Children''s Home Manager to lead a therapeutic residential home in Derby supporting children and young people aged 7-18 years with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who can build and maintain high staff morale, deliver excellent standards of care, and drive positive outcomes for young people. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of achieving at least a ''Good'' Ofsted rating in a previous Registered Manager role.Salary is offered between 50,000 - 60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
