The Opportunity We are seeking an ambitious, child-focused leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving the very best outcomes for young people. As Registered Manager, you will lead all aspects of the service, from registration through to operational delivery, team development, compliance, and ultimately driving the home towards Outstanding. This role would suit an established Registered Manager seeking a fresh challenge, or an experienced Deputy Manager who meets Regulation 28 requirements and is ready to take the next step into registration.
