ob Title: Registered Manager Children s Home (4-bed) Location: Doncaster Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (39 hours/week) Salary: £54,000 per annum (up to £64,000 with bonuses) Overview We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a small, four-bed children s home in Doncaster. You ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for young people. Key Responsibilities Oversee care in line with legislation, Ofsted standards, and best practice. Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team. Manage safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance. Handle admissions, discharges, rotas, and reporting. Liaise with external agencies, commissioners, and professionals. Contribute to service development and on-call duties as required. Requirements Experience managing or supervising in a children s residential setting. Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to work towards). Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
