The Role As Registered Manager, you will: Full UK Driver s Licence Take full operational and regulatory responsibility for the children s home Lead with therapeutic intent, embedding PACE and DDP throughout the home Build and support a strong, values-driven team culture Ensure children s emotional and developmental needs are met through relational care Promote outstanding outcomes through individualised care planning and trauma-informed practice Deliver reflective supervision and model emotionally intelligent leadership Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and contribute to continuous ..... full job details .....
