The Role: As Children''s Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are maintained. Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating and developing a dedicated residential care team Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards Promoting safeguarding and person-centred care at all times Managing staffing, budgets and day-to-day operations Driving continuous improvement across the service Supporting staff development and creating a positive culture within the home About You: At least 4 years'' experience in a similar position A minimum of 2 years'' experience in a senior or managerial position A Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare, Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards this A full UK driving licence If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
