This welcoming setting provides a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for young people aged 8 to 18, placing a strong emphasis on promoting positive outcomes, independence and emotional well-being through a child-centred approach.The home is looking to appoint a Deputy Manager Children''s Home on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful Deputy Manager Children''s Home will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, lead and mentor the care team, ensure high standards of care are maintained, and provide support to young people with EBD, SEMH, Autism and Learning Disabilities.
