Overview    We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to provide additional management capacity across the West and North localities. Similar in scope to a Practice Manager role, this position will play a key role in supporting operational delivery, strengthening leadership capacity, and providing stability during the implementation of a new service structure.  The successful candidate will work flexibly across teams, offering support where demand is highest and ensuring services continue to deliver positive outcomes for children and families.
