Children’s Support Workers – Totton Area
Salary: £29,484 per annum + Benefits
Contract: Full-time positions available

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children? We are currently recruiting Children’s Support Workers to join a well-established and reputable employer in the Totton area.

You will be working in one of their residential homes, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is a rewarding and meaningful role where you can help children thrive by providing consistent care, guidance, and emotional support.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working with children or young people in similar settings (e.g. residential care, education, youth work)

• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and helping them reach their full potential

• Patience, resilience, and strong communication skills

• Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends
