      <description>Location: Bolton | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Temporary | Our client Bolton Council is looking for a Children''s Social Worker to join their Looked after children team.   Responsibilities    Developing and arranging appropriate leaving care services for service users, their families and carers, and providing direct support where necessary  Provision of social work and case management support to service users, their carers and families.  Liaison with agencies which commission or provide services to ensure service users their families/carers have access to a range of services appropriate to their needs    Duties    Prepare for social work contact and involvement  Work with individual families, carers, groups and communities to help them make informed decisions  Assess needs and options to recommend a course of action.
