      <description>Location: Oldham | Salary: &amp;pound;39/hour | Type: Temporary | Our client Oldham Council is looking for a Children''s Social Worker to join their Assessment &amp; Intervention team.   Purpose of the Role   To provide high-quality social work services to children, young people, and their families by undertaking assessments, managing child protection and child in need cases, and implementing interventions that promote children''s safety, wellbeing, and permanence.   Key Responsibilities    Undertake statutory assessments under relevant children''s legislation.  Assess the needs, strengths, and risks affecting children and families.
