The provider delivers a therapeutic, child-centred approach, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs in safe and structured environments. We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right Residential Support Worker. The role involves working 12-hour shifts across multiple sites, supporting children and young people with EBD, SEMH and Autism, promoting stability, routine and positive outcomes.
