Children's Residential Support Worker

Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children? Connect2SocialWork are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to work in a 3-bed EBD children''s home in Greenford, Ealing.

The main purpose of the job is to advise, assist and support young people, ensuring that their welfare is safeguarded at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary Education (essential)
• Awareness of children''s needs and safeguarding issues
• Good communication skills
• Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours
• Previous experience of working within a team

RATE OF PAY:

• Up to -13.50 per hour
• Sleep-ins paid at -50/sleep
