What the post requires:

• 
  A minimum of 1 year''s experience working with children and young people in Residential Childcare or in a child-focused role

• 
  At least 1 year''s experience working within a care setting

• 
  NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People''s Workforce/Residential Childcare

• 
  Knowledge of working with children and young people with challenging behaviour
