What''s in it for you? Salary between -41000 and -51,000 p.a plus annual KPI''s paying out anything up to 10k+ per year in bonuses.

Your hours - 40 hours per week

Who would you be working for - A children''s residential provider. This is a spacious, detached, four-bedroom home located in an elevated area near Taunton, surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden. The home provides a supportive and nurturing environment for up to two young people who may have experienced disrupted care, attachment difficulties, or challenging experiences during childhood. Living here gives young people a sense of safety and belonging, alongside the opportunity to work collaboratively to overcome past challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

What would your responsibilities be? The post holder reports to the Head of Service and is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day running of their registered homes. They inspire and support care staff to work with dedication, professionalism, and empathy. As a positive parental role model, the Registered Manager creates a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where young people can thrive. They are committed to providing exceptional care that not only meets but exceeds the Children''s Homes National Standards, helping young people build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

Requirements? The role requires a strong background in supporting children and young people with challenging behaviours or additional needs. A relevant qualification is expected, such as RMA, LMC, NVQ Level 4, or working towards the LMC award or Level 5 Diploma.
