Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 DOE

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Residential Childcare
• At least 1 year’s supervisory experience within a care setting
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
• Previous management experience with strong team leadership skills

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children’s home
• Ensure high standards of care in line with legislation, Ofsted requirements, and best practice
• Create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for young people
• Develop and oversee individual care plans focused on emotional and behavioural development
• Lead, support, and develop the residential care team through supervision and performance management
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and external professionals
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
