Salary: -50,000 - -60,000 per year, dependent on experience

Are you a passionate and driven Children''s Home Registered Manager ready for a new opportunity? Or are you an ambitious Deputy Manager looking to step up? This is a rare and exciting chance to set up and manage a brand-new EBD therapeutic home for children and young people in Torquay, Devon.

You''ll join a highly experienced management team and have the autonomy to run the home as you see fit. With plans to open more homes, this role offers a clear path to operations management and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage the residential children''s service.

• Set up and open a brand-new therapeutic home from scratch.

• Ensure the highest levels of care and support for young people aged 7-18.

• Inspire and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for children.

• Deliver a holistic and integrated approach to care.

Requirements

• NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children''s Services).

• NVQ Level 3 in Children''s Residential Services or equivalent.

• Experience in a Deputy or Children''s Home Registered Manager position.

• Experience in a residential children''s home environment.

• Full UK driving license.
