• Children''s Home Manager
• Solo, EBD home in Runcorn
• Responsible for the safe and effective management of a children''s home
• Supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Work with the RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards
• The service is brand new home
• Manage, recruit, develop and supervise staff team, ensuring all children have child-focused support, creating positive outcomes-
• Manage safeguarding concerns
• Manage the home''s budget
• Full-time, permanent contract-

Salary:

• -50,000 - -70,000
• + -5,000 starting bonus
• + performance-bonuses-

Requirements:

• Level 5 in leadership and management
• Level 3 in children and young people-
• Driving Licence
• Deputy or Registered Manager experience-
