You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for young people. Key Responsibilities Oversee care in line with legislation, Ofsted standards, and best practice. Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team. Manage safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance. Handle admissions, discharges, rotas, and reporting. Liaise with external agencies, commissioners, and professionals. Contribute to service development and on-call duties as required. Requirements Experience managing or supervising in a children’s residential setting. Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to work towards). Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
