Salary up to -51,250 per annum

NonStop Consulting is working with a reputable children''s charity to find a Deputy Manager who can oversee one of their specialist Children''s homes in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:
The Deputy Manager will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee a specialist Children''s home in Croydon. You will assist the Registered Manager in safeguarding and ensuring every child and young person receives high quality care as measured by Ofsted.

Requirements:

• Deputy Manager or Team Leader
• experience in working within a residential children''s home
• an understanding of trauma informed practice
• Level 3 qualification
