Your unique skills and attributes will be used to support children and young people on a day-to-day basis, allowing them to gain the tools to live a life free from abuse.Typical Day as a Children, Young People and Families Development WorkerDaily team brief with your teamUsing My Star to create support plans with the children and young people.Offer emotional support and wellbeing interventions.Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, actions and goals setting and regular reviews.Organising activities and play groups for the younger children and an afterschool club for the older children.Assisting the families to source education for the children and young peopleAttending multi-agency meetingsWork ..... full job details .....
