      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;37.52 - &amp;pound;39.04/hour | Type: Contract | Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join Havering''s Children with Disabilities Team on a locum basis.     This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated service supporting children and young people with disabilities and their families. You will be part of a specialist team focused on safeguarding, assessment, care planning and delivering positive outcomes for some of the boroughs most vulnerable children.     The successful candidate will work within a supportive team environment, with a requirement to attend the office 3 days per week.     Key Responsibilities   Undertake Child and Family Assessments for children with disabilities and complex needs   Manage a caseload of children subject to Child in Need, Child Protection and Children Looked After plans   Complete statutory visits, reviews and assessments within required timescales   Develop and implement robust care and support plans to improve outcomes for children and families   Work in partnership with parents, carers, schools, health professionals and partner agencies   Attend and contribute to strategy meetings, child protection conferences, core groups and looked after revie...</description>
