This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs, ensuring they receive the support, advocacy, and protection they deserve.You will be joining a supportive environment that values child-centric practice, collaborative multi-agency working, and high standards of care.Key ResponsibilitiesCase Management: Manage a complex caseload involving children and young people with severe and enduring disabilities.Assessments: Undertake comprehensive Child and Family Assessments to identify needs and implement effective care plans.Safeguarding: Manage Child Protection and Children in Need plans, ensuring risk is effectively assessed and mitigated.Collaboration: Work closely with health professionals, education providers, and occupational therapists to deliver holistic support.Advocacy: Act as a strong voice for children with disabilities, promoting independence and ensuring their views are heard.RequirementsA degree in Social Work (BA, BSc, DipSW, or equivalent).Active registration with Social Work England.Demonstrable experience working within a Children with Disabilities or frontline Children''s Services team.Strong understanding of ..... full job details .....
