We are seeking a Residential Childcare Team Leader to join our team in Wisbech. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our night operations, providing high-quality care, and supporting a team of dedicated night staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the night team to provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children and young people.Ensure all night routines are followed in accordance with individual care plans.Act as a role model, promoting positive behaviour and implementing boundaries consistently.Monitor and respond to the needs of the children during the night, offering emotional and practical support as required.Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and health and safety regulations.Complete nightly handovers, documentation, and logs accurately.Support the training and development of staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
