Children Support Worker (School and Pupil Support Multi-Site Role) Location: Rugeley and surrounding Staffordshire areas Hours: Full time / Part time 20-25 hours per week Normally 7:30am-9am and 3pm-6pm, term time (with the option to enhance your earnings working up to 40 hours per week overtime during School Holidays) Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Children Support Worker Join Progressive At Progressive, we are recruiting a dedicated and adaptable Children Support Worker to work across multiple primary school settings. This role involves supporting children in KS1 and KS2 through structured activities, group engagement, and wraparound care provision. You will work closely with school staff to support behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing, helping to create safe, positive, and inclusive learning environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in education, childcare, youth work, or support roles who is looking for a rewarding and active position working across multiple settings.
