Children Social Worker

We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to join a children''s Team. This role requires a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a permanent contract/s. Key Responsibilities:Chair Child Protection Conferences, Looked After Children Reviews, and related multi-agency meetingsEnsure robust care planning and safeguarding processes are in placeMonitor and challenge practice where necessary to improve outcomes for childrenPromote the voice of the child throughout all planning and review processesWork collaboratively with social workers, partner agencies, and senior managersRequirements:Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registrationSignificant post-qualified experience within Children''s ServicesPrevious experience working as an IRO and/or Child Protection ChairStrong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance, and care planning processesExcellent chairing, communication, and conflict resolution skillsWhat''s on Offer:Hybrid and flexible working arrangementsHourly rate of £45.20 per hourSupportive management teamOpportunity to make a genuine impact within children''s safeguarding servicesImmediate interview and start ..... full job details .....
