This home supports children and young people who have experienced trauma and may present with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities.The setting benefits from extensive outdoor spaces designed to promote therapeutic engagement, wellbeing, and positive development within a safe and nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality care and practical support to children and young people.Support therapeutic, educational, and recreational activities that encourage personal growth and resilience.Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.Build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people.Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures at all times.We are looking for candidates who:Are compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference.Have experience working with children and young people, particularly those who have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, or learning disabilities Are flexible and able to work a mixture of day and night shifts.Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and professional ..... full job details .....
