Supported by an experienced senior leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding, trauma-informed care.A relocation package is available for the successful candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the children''s home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and Children''s Homes Quality Standards.Support the home''s registration process and ongoing development.Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing staff team.Deliver therapeutic, child-centred care focused on positive outcomes.Manage budgets, staffing, safeguarding and quality assurance.Build effective relationships with local authorities, families and partner agencies.About YouLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).Minimum two years'' experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or senior leader within a residential children''s home.Strong knowledge of OFSTED, safeguarding and Children''s Homes Regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills. ..... full job details .....
