Registered Manager - Children''s EBD Residential Home (Birmingham)Salary: £60,000 per annumContract: Full-time, permanentWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our 3-bed Children''s Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in Birmingham. This is a key leadership role within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day management of the home in line with Ofsted requirements.Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children with EBD needs.Manage, mentor, and develop a skilled staff team.Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies.Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external partners.Drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of excellence.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children''s residential setting.Strong understanding of EBD, trauma-informed practice, and safeguarding.Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards).Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.A commitment to achieving positive outcomes for young people.What We Offer£60,000 salarySupportive senior leadership teamOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunity to shape and grow a high-quality serviceIf you are a passionate leader ready to make a meaningful impact, we''d love to hear from ..... full job details .....
