Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day running of the home. Lead shifts and provide guidance and support to Residential Support Workers. Promote positive outcomes for children and young people. Ensure safeguarding practices and care standards are maintained at all times. Build positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals. Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and record keeping. Act as a positive role model for both young people and staff. Requirements... Permanent
