Working within a supportive multi-disciplinary framework, you will help service users achieve positive outcomes while promoting independence, safety, and well-being across the region.Key RequirementsQualification: Degree or Diploma in Social Work (BSc, MA, DipSW or equivalent).Registration: Registered with Social Care Wales (SCW) OR currently registered with Social Work England (SWE) with verified evidence that your SCW registration application is actively in progress.Driving Licence: Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel across North Powys.Office Attendance: Willingness and ability to adhere to the hybrid working pattern, including 2 fixed days per week at the office base in Ladywell House, ..... full job details .....
