Pay Rate: 31.47 per hour (PAYE)About the Role:As an Assistant Team Manager in the Looked After Children''s Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Team Manager and directly guiding social work practice. This is a non-case holding post focused on leadership, supervision, and quality assurance. Your responsibilities will typically include: Directly supporting and mentoring social workers in their day-to-day practice with Looked After Children. Providing regular and reflective supervision to staff, fostering a positive team culture.Overseeing and guiding social work interventions, ensuring they are child-focused and align with statutory requirements and departmental policy. Contributing to effective performance monitoring within the team.Supporting the Team Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services for children in care.
